Pro2Serve Board of Directors Announces Executive Management Changes

Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve), a national security engineering and information services firm, today announced changes to its Executive Management. Dr. L. Barry Goss, Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Pro2Serve, has announced his retirement effective October 4, 2021, after which he will assume the role of non-executive Chairman of the Board. Mark DeGraff, a 20-year employee of Pro2Serve will assume the CEO position being vacated by Dr. Goss. Ms. Sherry Browder will serve as Pro2Serve’s President and Chief Operating Officer and Mark Haub will serve as Chief Financial Officer, both reporting to DeGraff.

Dr. Goss founded Pro2Serve in Oak Ridge, TN, in 1996. Over the past 25 years, Pro2Serve has become a nationally recognized engineering and information solutions firm dedicated to providing critical mission support services for our Nation’s security. Pro2Serve has established offices across the country while maintaining its headquarters in Oak Ridge. Along with Goss, Pro2Serve’s Board members are Dr. Robert Van Hook, Gerald Boyd, Alan Wade, and General (ret.) David Turner.
