Dana Christensen, an associate lab director at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, is among the experts to speak at a Congressional energy briefing.
The House Science Committee’s Subcommittee on Energy and Environment, in conjunction with the House Armed Services Committee, will hold a briefing Wednesday on “21st Century Energy Security: Leveraging Cutting Edge Research at the Departments of Energy and Defense.” It’s the third in a series of briefings on energy and environmental issues.
Dana Christensen, an associate lab director at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, is among the experts to speak, according to information provided by the lab.
Others include: Patricia A. Hoffman, Assistant Secretary for the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability, DOE; Arun Majumdar, Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), DOE; Alan Shaffer, Principal Deputy Director, Defense Research and Engineering, Dept. of Defense.
