Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Lonnie Love, Ph.D., speaking at STEM Stories.

ORAU recently hosted STEM Stories, an event aimed to inspire students of all ages to begin exploring the many careers available in STEM fields.

Hosted at ORAU’s Pollard Technology Conference Center, the event featured live talks by Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Lonnie Love, Ph.D., and Ian Anderson, Ph.D. The two described the journey each had in achieving successful STEM careers.

Love is a distinguished research scientist in ORNL’s Energy and Transportation Science Division and group leader of the Manufacturing Systems Research Group. Anderson is the director of University Partnerships and Graduate Education Programs at ORNL.
