Gov.-elect Bill Lee announced three additional Cabinet members Tuesday, naming the heads of the the departments of transportation, environment and conservation and human resources.

Clay Bright, who currently serves as vice president of general contractor Brasfield and Gorrie, will oversee the Department of Transportation.

Juan Williams, who is the operations manager of the Duke Energy Nashville Resource Center, will head up the Department of Human Resources.

Both Bright and Williams are Davidson County residents.

David Salyers, a Madison County resident, who will become the commissioner of the Department of Environment and Conservation. Salyers is currently the executive director of the West Tennessee River Basin Authority, a division of TDEC.

The latest appointments come just days ahead of Lee’s Saturday inauguration.

As of Tuesday, he has named commissioners to head up 19 of the state’s 23 state agencies.

He has yet to announce who he wants to lead the departments of health, education, general services and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Lee has said he plans to have his full Cabinet announced prior to being sworn in on Saturday.
