Sen. Richard Lugar (R-I, 1977-2013) will present the Ashe Lecture on August 27, 1:30 pm, Toyota Auditorium. Sen. Lugar is the longest serving Congressman in Indiana history. He now runs the Lugar Center in Washington, DC, which focuses on nuclear non-proliferation, food security, foreign aid effectiveness, and other issues. He will provide his thoughts on US foreign policy opportunities and challenges. Free & open to the public!
