Tony RucciRetired Counterintelligence Special Agent Antonio A. Rucci has joined Information International Associates (IIa) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to head the company’s Information Security Program, including IIa activities in threat intelligence. Rucci has more than thirty years of experience in information technology and technical security in the U.S. Army, the White House Security Office, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and other government and industry organizations. From 2004-2011, he served the ORNL Global Security Directorate as the Technical Oversight and Accreditation Authority during the design, build and commissioning of the Multi-Program Research Facility and as Director of the U.S. Intelligence Community Cyber Programs and Collection Manager. Most recently, he was owner and principal of Insider Threats Consulting in Sparks, Nevada.

Rucci is the National Vice President of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps Association and a Fellow of the National Cybersecurity Institute. He serves on the Security Advisory Boards of the University of Nevada in Reno and the Silver Flume, Secretary of State, State of Nevada. Rucci also is on the adjunct faculty of the MIS Training Institute, an international leader in audit and information security training.

In the National Capital Region, IIa performs contracts with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission; the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; the Environmental Protection Agency; the Department of Defense Technical Information Center in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia; the Army Corps Research Labs in Vicksburg, Mississippi; and others in the intelligence community.  II also manages a federal government interagency consortium of 13 major scientific and technical program offices.
