The East Tennessee Economic Council (ETEC) provides the opportunity to collaborate with great organizations and companies for the benefit of all. ETEC works in strong partnership with federal contractors, Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration representatives, state officials, small businesses, and other local economic development entities to seek new ways to use federal investments in science and security to create prosperity, promote regional development, and explore opportunities for growth.
Annual investments support weekly membership programs, host visits by national leaders and congressional delegations, and facilitate other activities designed to showcase the emerging opportunities within the East Tennessee economy. Business memberships are based on the total number of corporate employees in all offices. There is no limit on the number of guests that members can invite to ETEC membership meetings.

2018 Levels of ETEC Membership Investment (Per Year):
Small Business $750 (1-10 employees)*
Baseline Corporate $1,500 (11-25 employees)*
Sustaining Corporate $2,500 (26-75 employees)*
Corporate Partner I $5,000 (over 75 employees)*
Corporate Partner II $10,000+
*Suggested membership levels are based on the number of full-time employees, but are negotiable based on the budgetary needs of the company.

The initial membership payment should be submitted with the application. Dues are renewed annually (calendar year), and invoiced quarterly based on the first month of membership.
If joining as a corporate member, please include the names of the representatives from your organization who will attend meetings for nametag purposes, as well as the email addresses for those individuals you wish to receive the weekly meeting notice/newsletter.
