The City of Oak Ridge is inviting members of the community to attend a special groundbreaking next week nicknamed “Welcome to Main Street.” It will be a ceremonious groundbreaking to kick off the start of demolition for the old mall property as the new phase of the Main Street Oak Ridge mixed-use retail development begins.
