UT/ORNL: Workshop on the Democratization of Manufacturing

On behalf of the University of Tennessee, you are invited to an upcoming workshop hosted by UT and including Oak Ridge National Laboratory, industry representatives and several university collaborative partners  The vision of the Workshop on the Democratization of Advanced Manufacturing  is to examine ways to shorten the design, manufacturing, and product realization lifecycle through access to low-cost machinery, sophisticated software, and open innovation services for small- and medium-scale enterprises.  When thinking ‘Democratization’, also think ‘Industry 4.0’.

Attendance is free but please note that all attendees must register or they will not be able to enter the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility. We can also complete the registration process for you, but would need you to confirm the name(s) of any confirmed attendees.
