Mo-99 Topical Meeting

The National Nuclear Security Administration’s Office of Material Management and Minimization (M3) will host the 2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting on September 23-26 in Knoxville, Tennessee at the Hilton Knoxville Hotel.
Argonne National Laboratory is organizing the Topical Meeting and has established a website located at http://mo99.ne.anl.gov/2018/ to facilitate participation in the meeting.
NNSA M3 is inviting attendees to submit an abstract for presentation at the Topical Meeting falling within one of the following topics:
- Technical, Regulatory & Economic Challenges of Producing Mo-99 without the Use of HEU
- Future U.S. Domestic non-HEU Mo-99 Production
- Current and Future Global non-HEU Mo-99 Production
- Current State of Technology Development in Support of Mo-99 Production
Meeting Agenda:
September 23: Registration and Welcome Reception
September 24-26: Meeting Sessions
September 27: Technical tour of selected nearby Oak Ridge National Laboratory facilities. Buses will depart the Hilton Knoxville Hotel at 8:00 am and return to the hotel around noon.
ATTENTION: Please be mindful of the following deadline dates. It is especially important to submit your Abstract and signed Publication Release no later than August 10 to allow adequate time to prepare, print and deliver the 2018 Mo-99 Topical Meeting Program.
