KTech/WITT: Women Leaders Panel, Setting Boundaries and Avoiding Burnout without Guilt
March 1 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
About this event
Join us for an interactive virtual workshop to unpack the areas of your life where stress & overwhelm are putting you at risk for burnout. Learn new strategies for making a daily plan that helps you manage it all – at work and at home – so that you finish the day feeling accomplished and in control.
We’ll discuss new ways of thinking about boundaries, and how saying no can be one of the most important steps you take in serving your team and your family well.
This session will be led by Mridu Parikh, the founder of Life is Organized.
Mridu is passionate about getting women the results they want, whether it’s doubling their business revenue, losing weight, or increasing time for self-care. Her best-selling book and productivity podcast share simple strategies to ditch overwhelm – from the boardroom to the family room.
Mridu’s teachings on mastering tasks and habits have been featured in The Huffington Post, Forbes, US News & World Report, and Real Simple.
This Women Leaders Panel is the first of a three-part series in partnership with Women in Technology Tennessee (WiTT). It will include an interactive discussion with the opportunity for you to ask questions and build lasting connections with other technologists and leaders.
The Zoom link for this virtual event will be made available to registrants several days in advance of the event.
