Terry Cowles is the Director of Customer Focused Government for the State of Tennessee. CFG provides business strategy and operations consulting services as a business partner to the Departments of the Executive Branch of the government of the State that assists them in improving their services with lower operating costs. CFG’s services include strategic and operational planning assistance, process improvement consulting, performance improvement consulting and monitoring, analysis assistance in evaluating business solutions, management assistance in implementing business solutions, needs assessment and solution implementation assistance for Enterprise initiatives and management of the Governor’s Fellows.
