Terry is the Director of Customer Focused Government (“CFG”) at the State of Tennessee. CFG provides business strategy and operations consulting services as a business partner to the Departments of the Executive Branch of the government of the State that assists them in improving their services with lower operating costs.
CFG’s services include strategic and operational planning assistance, process improvement consulting, performance improvement consulting and monitoring, analysis assistance in evaluating business solutions, management assistance in implementing business solutions, needs assessment and solution implementation assistance for Enterprise initiatives and management of the Governor’s Fellows Program.
Currently, Terry is leading several major projects for the state:
- Operational Performance Management;
- Strategies for Efficiencies in Real Estate Management that include: energy management of facilities, facilities management, alternative workplace solutions, improvements to real estate processes;
- Continuity of State Operations in support of the upcoming Administration change;
- Citizen Centric Service Delivery that embraces a customer relationship strategy and utilizes mobile technology to better meet our citizen’s service needs.
Terry is also a retired Senior Principal of the Energy and Resources practice of Deloitte Consulting. Terry provided consulting services to the power and utilities industry in the areas of strategy, operations and technology to enhance business performance.
