Isotek Systems, LLC
Jim Bolon is a degreed nuclear engineer and versatile executive with more than 40 years of experience in operations, program and project management with Department of Energy contractors, private industry and the U.S. Navy. Jim has worked in large organizations with complex technical missions and high hazard operations, in a broad range of management and technical disciplines and with as many as 500 people in his organization. These have included: engineering, project management, conduct of operations and integrated safety management in Department of Energy facilities, Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensed facilities, naval shipyards and Navy ships.
Selected Experience
He previously served as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Director for USEC Inc.’s American Centrifuge Plant in Piketon, Ohio.
A retired U.S. Navy officer, Jim has held positions as the Executive Vice President of Theta Pro2Serve Management Company, LLC at the gaseous diffusion plant in Piketon, OH and as general manager of decontamination and decommissioning operations for British Nuclear Fuels Limited. Prior to these assignments, he was the deputy facilities manager and project manager for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems at the Y-12 Nuclear Weapons Complex in Oak Ridge, TN.

Personal
Jim is married to Nancy, also a retired U.S. Navy officer. They live in Knoxville, TN and have three children and six grandchildren.
