On behalf of the Center for Advanced Systems Research and Education (CASRE) at the University of Tennessee, we would like to invite your organization to attend our second industry symposium: “Operational Excellence Culture For The Millennial Workforce”. Following-up on a successful gathering held in 2017 with the first edition of this event (“Accelerating Operational Excellence”), the focus this time is understanding strategies to sustain an operational excellence culture addressing generational differences in the workplace. Please share the opportunity with your colleagues and anyone you think might benefit from best practices in O.E.

The event will begin on Thursday, November 8th with a limited seating workshop “Sustainable Operational Excellence Model”, presented by Dr. Rupy Sawhney and his team. Following, Friday, November 9th  with the symposium with four keynote speakers (details in the brochure). You may attend both the workshop and the symposium, or only the symposium. Both events will be held at Hilton Knoxville, 501 W Church Ave., Knoxville, TN 37902. Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments and parking will be provided for all attendees.
