Dwaine Raper is a Program Manager for the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services(UTCIS). UTCIS helps Tennessee manufacturers improve and grow, by providing technical assistance and training.  Dwaine has 15 years of Supply Chain Management experience in three manufacturing companies supplying the Automotive and Electronics Industries.  In his most recent industry position, Dwaine was Logistics Manager, where he was responsible for tactical procurement, and inbound and outbound material flow.


Dwaine has two business degrees from ETSU (MBA and BBA).  He holds two Supply Chain related professional certifications; Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS – The Association for Operations Management.
