Welcome Reception:
- A short program will take place around 5:45 p.m.
|
- The Museum is in the 'Main Street' shopping area, downtown Oak Ridge, on the far left end of the complex next to the Townplace Suites by Marriott hotel.
|
- There are plenty of spaces in the large parking lot in front of the Museum.
|
|
- Hors d'oeuvres, beer, and wine will be available.
|
- A valid ID must be shown to receive alcohol from the bar.
|
- Elevated Business Casual
|
|
COVID-19 Safety Measures:
|
|
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided at the buffet.
|
|
- Masks are welcome but not required.
|

- 7:00-8:00 a.m. - Check in at the tables located in Emory Hall to receive your workshop collateral and gift bag. Breakfast will be served in the Kingston Ballroom.

- 8:00 a.m - Program begins in the Kingston Ballroom.

- Bridgewater Place is located in West Knoxville between the Cedar Bluff and Walker Springs Exits on I-40 East. (Exit #379)

- Enter the venue through the portico with the double doors on the far side of the building.

Directions from Oak Ridge:
- Take TN-162 S (Pellissippi Parkway) to I-40 East. Take exit 379 (Bridgewater Road / Walker Springs Rd / Gallagher View Rd).
|
|
- Turn Left at the traffic light onto Bridgewater Road.
|
|
- Go straight through the next traffic light.
|
- Turn left into the Bridgewater Place parking lot.
|
|
- In the parking lot take the first right
|
|
- Follow signs for "The Kingston".
|
|
- The event entry is on the farthest side of the building from the entry drive.
|
|
- Enter through either set of double doors with the large wooden porticos.
|
- Plenty of parking will be available.
|
- Elevated business casual.
|
- Plenty of business cards for networking, matchmaking sessions, and drawings.
|
|
- Need to be pre-registered.
|
- Are welcome to pop in and out during the day and are encouraged to visit with all of our exhibitors.
