Join us for our next quarterly Business Lunch Live, a joint event series to promote community connection for Oak Ridge Chamber and ETEC members. This virtual meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at noon. There is no charge to participate, but registration is required. The topic for this session is the State of Real Estate led by a panel of local experts:
  • Hancen Sale, Governmental Affairs and Policy Director at Knoxville Area Association of Realtors (KAAR), will discuss real estate trends in the area.
  • Jim Holleman, Principal of Industrial Sales and Leasing at Avison Young, will discuss commercial real estate trends.
  • Kimberly Bell, Principal Broker at The Real Estate Office and Anderson County’s representative for KAAR, will discuss residential real estate trends.

Local Robotics Team Wins Tournament

The Hardin Valley Robotics Team, FIRST Team 3824 HVA RoHAWKtics won the FIRST Robotics Smoky Mountains Regional tournament. An alliance of Team 3824, Team 4451 Robotz Garage from Laurens, SC, and Team 4265 Secret City Wildbots from Oak Ridge, TN, worked together to sweep playoffs and qualify to compete at FIRST Championships!
